All files uploaded to this platform remain the sole property of their respective creators.
By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to store and process your files solely for the purpose of providing the service.

⏳ Temporary Hosting & Data Deletion

Files are stored up to 48 hours (or up to 30 days for premium users) unless deleted earlier by the user.
After the retention period expires, files are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. Deleted files cannot be restored.
While we take reasonable measures to maintain uptime and data integrity, we do not guarantee availability, successful uploads, or uninterrupted access.

🚫 Prohibited & Illegal Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or sharing content that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.
If you become aware of illegal or harmful content, please report it using our Content Removal Request form.
We review all reports and may remove content at our discretion.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations.

🔐 Privacy & Data Use

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate your account (such as email).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Your activity and stored files remain private, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to enforce our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for the content you upload.
You will not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
You understand that temporary hosting means files may be deleted automatically.

We do not monetize your data, track your activity for advertising, or use your files for any purpose other than delivering the service.

You may delete your account at any time through the Account page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:
Loss of data
Service outages
Unauthorized access
